What is your MOQ?
We support both small and large-volume orders.
There is no MOQ for sample evaluation and standard wholesale orders. For custom branding, packaging, or product customization, the minimum order quantity starts from 10 sets.
This allows brands to test the market before scaling production.
Can I customize my logo?
Yes, logo customization is available.
For most custom logo projects, the minimum order quantity starts from 10 sets.
The most popular and cost-effective option is applying a custom logo sticker to neutral packaging. This solution offers a low MOQ, fast turnaround time, and a professional appearance that does not look obviously added after production.
Depending on your project requirements, we can also discuss additional customization options for packaging, labels, and product presentation.
Can I customize packaging?
Yes, packaging customization is available.
For most projects, we can start with custom logo labels applied to neutral packaging, which is the fastest and most cost-effective option for small-volume orders.
For larger quantities, we can also support fully customized packaging, including product boxes, labels, user manuals, and other branded materials.
The most suitable packaging solution depends on your order quantity, budget, and branding requirements.
Can I customize lighting effects?
Yes, lighting effects can be customized based on your project requirements.
Because lighting effect customization may involve controller programming, firmware adjustments, or hardware modifications, the minimum order quantity is typically higher than standard logo or packaging customization.
We usually recommend starting with samples to evaluate the existing lighting effects first. After testing, we can discuss the most suitable customization solution based on your requirements, target market, and expected order volume.
Can I develop my own design?
Yes, we support custom product development based on your ideas, reference products, sketches, drawings, or specific requirements.
Depending on the complexity of the project, development may involve product structure adjustments, controller modifications, lighting effect optimization, or packaging customization.
We recommend discussing your concept with our team first. After evaluating the technical requirements and expected order volume, we can suggest the most suitable development approach for your project.
SAMPLES & PRODUCTION
Can I order samples first?
Yes, sample orders are supported. We recommend testing samples first before placing wholesale or custom orders.
How long does sampling take?
Sample orders are usually shipped within 1–3 working days, as most standard products are available in stock.
Shipping time depends on the delivery method:
• Express Shipping: typically 3–7 business days
• DDP Shipping (door-to-door with customs clearance and duties included): typically 6–12 business days
Faster DDP options are also available if you need shorter transit times.
If you have a specific deadline or target delivery date, let us know and we will recommend the most suitable shipping solution based on your budget and timeline.
What is the production lead time?
Most standard sample orders are available from stock and can be shipped within 1–3 working days.
For small-volume orders, production typically takes 1–2 weeks.
For bulk orders (such as 500 sets or more) with logo, packaging, or product customization, the lead time is usually 3–4 weeks.
The exact lead time depends on the product type, customization requirements, and order quantity. Please contact us for a more accurate production schedule.
Can I reorder customized products later?
Yes. Once your customized product is confirmed, we keep the related specifications, packaging details, and customization records for future production.
This allows repeat orders to be processed more efficiently and ensures consistency across different production batches.
If any updates or improvements are needed, we can also discuss adjustments before production starts.
QUALITY & SUPPORT
How do you ensure product quality?
Our quality control process includes:
• 100% AOI inspection after SMT assembly
• 100% functional testing of controller PCBs
• Minimum 4-hour aging test for every lighting kit
• Final quality inspection before packaging and shipment
This helps ensure stable performance and consistent product quality across every order.
What happens if there is a quality issue?
If a quality issue occurs, please provide your order information along with photos or videos of the problem.
We will review the case and provide a solution within 24 hours.
• If the issue is caused by our design, manufacturing, or quality control process, we will provide replacement parts, compensation, or a refund based on the situation.
• If the issue is caused by shipping damage, we will assist you throughout the claims process and work with the logistics provider until compensation is resolved.
• If the issue is related to incorrect installation or product use, our team will provide technical guidance and support to help resolve the problem.
Our goal is to ensure every issue is handled quickly, fairly, and responsibly.
Do you provide installation guidance?
Yes. Installation instructions are included with our products. If you need additional assistance, our technical team can provide support through photos, videos, and online communication to help with installation and troubleshooting.
Do you provide after-sales support?
Yes. We provide ongoing technical and after-sales support throughout the entire product lifecycle.
From installation guidance and troubleshooting to replacement parts and product updates, our team is committed to supporting our customers long after the order has been delivered.

COOPERATION
Can I visit your factory?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome by appointment.
For overseas customers, we also offer live video factory tours, product demonstrations, sample inspections, and production updates. This allows you to verify products and manufacturing processes without traveling to China.
Do you work with small and emerging brands?
Yes. We work with businesses of all sizes, from new and emerging brands to established distributors and customization shops.
Many of our customers start with samples or small-volume orders before scaling up. Our low MOQ options make it easier for brands to test the market and grow at their own pace.
How do I start an OEM project?
